Urban Eye organises public art works to transform and give an identity to neglected areas. Mosaic and murals are created by residents and volunteers working with professional artists. Completed works are located in public spaces for the enjoyment of the community.

Artworks involve residents and inspire young people to make a difference to their surroundings, leading to fewer instances of graffiti and vandalism. Improved lighting adds presence to the artworks at night and contributes to reducing fear of crime.
